The Role
Radiant Softwares is a bootstrapped, profitable software holding company. We own and operate a portfolio of consumer web software products that we scale aggressively through paid acquisition, organic distribution, and performance marketing.
We run a lean, high-output team with a full creative engine already in place — creative strategists, video editors, content creators producing 25–40+ ad assets per weekly sprint. Our paid infrastructure, tracking systems, and creative workflows are built and running. We're not looking for someone to figure things out from scratch. We need someone to step in, take ownership of the ad accounts, and scale.
This is a hands-on, in-the-account role. Our products have highly concentrated traffic windows and demand surges during US evenings, Sundays, Mondays, and academic calendar peaks. You'll manage budgets with hourly precision, scaling aggressively during high-ROAS windows and cutting spend the moment signal drops.
What You'll Do
Paid Media Execution & Real-Time Scaling
Own day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta
Manage budgets with hourly precision during US hours (EST) traffic peaks
Implement ABO scaling strategies with disciplined, incremental budget increases during peak traffic
Make fast kill/scale decisions intra-day based on live data, not end-of-day summaries
Creative Testing & Feedback Loop
Work with creative strategists and editors to test the right creatives at the right velocity
Close the feedback loop fast: which hooks win, which angles fatigue, which formats perform by placement
Brief the creative team on variations needed, format requests, and placement-specific edits
Spot creative fatigue early and trigger iteration before performance degrades
Campaign Architecture & Scaling Playbooks
Design and maintain the full campaign structure: testing, scaling, retargeting, and evergreen layers
Build repeatable scaling playbooks — from test budget to $1K/day to $5K+/day, systematized
Tracking, Reporting & Seasonal Scaling
Deliver clear daily/weekly reporting: spend, CPA, ROAS by product, creative breakdowns, and scaling recs
Plan and execute seasonal strategies around the academic calendar and peak-hour surges
First 90 Days
- Clear ownership of growth targets and CAC ceilings by product and funnel
- Creative Testing ABO structure fully built and running; batched adsets, disciplined launch windows
- More confident scaling decisions driven by clean data and tight feedback loops
- At least one repeatable growth lever unlocked
- Daily budgets increasing consistently while maintaining or improving ROAS
Must-Haves
Track Record
5+ years in performance-driven DTC / direct response growth roles. Proven ownership of P&L or revenue targets, not just channel management.
Real-Time Scaling Experience
Hands-on experience with aggressive hourly scaling — you understand ceilings, when to push, and when to pull back. Real-time decisions during peak windows, not next-morning reviews.
Creative & Media Fluency
Deep understanding of performance creative systems and paid media — you know how creative, media buying, and data connect into one growth loop.
Scale & Mindset
Experience scaling paid media in $500K+/month environments. Operator mindset: you see the data and move. No hand-holding. Consumer software, web apps, or SaaS experience is a strong plus.
