Job Summary
Join Radiant Softwares as an Operations Manager and take ownership of our day-to-day operations across multiple products. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
You'll take full ownership of day-to-day execution, but also help set strategy, align departments, and ensure the company is operating at peak performance. This is not a support role — it's a core leadership position. You'll be one of the most critical people in our company's growth.
Your Role
As our Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things ops — playing a key role in managing people across the company. You'll lead all internal operations across marketing, support, product, tech and finance. You'll own our systems, build our teams, and manage performance from top to bottom. From hiring top talent and owning recruiting pipelines to setting operational KPIs, you'll work across every department to ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage cross-functional operations across all departments
Own recruiting pipelines and build high-performing teams
Set and track operational KPIs to drive company growth
Design and implement scalable operational systems
Drive alignment and accountability across all teams

- You're comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- You follow through without hesitation and ensure nothing gets dropped
- You track performance through data and make data-backed decisions
- You take complete ownership of problems and solutions
- You collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly

Experience & Background
2+ years in operations, general management, or people-focused leadership at a startup or fast-growing tech company (SaaS, consumer products, or marketplaces preferred). Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across departments.
Technical Skills
Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs to make data-backed decisions and drive improvements. Experience in customer support systems, HR ops, and finance coordination is a plus.
Leadership & Organization
Highly organized with an ability to design and maintain systems that scale with team size. Excellent communication and follow-up skills — you keep people accountable and projects moving without micromanaging.
You Shouldn't Apply If
- You want a normal 9-5. This role requires an all-in mentality and the drive to put in the work that others won't.
- You don't want to chase people or push for results.
- You get easily overwhelmed when things get chaotic or fast-paced.
- You see this as just another job — we're looking for people who operate with full commitment.
